PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel structure of an automobile capable of reducing noise in a vehicle cabin. SOLUTION: In this floor panel of a vehicle body having vibration mode adjusting structure for suppressing the occurrence of the acoustic radiation of floor panels by generating the vibration of a specified mode, the floor of the automobile is formed of floor panels S1, S2, S5, and S6 connected to the frame members 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, 24, and 26 of the vehicle body. The vibration mode adjusting structure of the floor panels comprises a rigid adjusting part 62 formed by forming the floor panels in a rectangular shape projected upward or downward so that the vibration of 2 x 1 mode or 2 x 2 mode with a frequency approximately equal to the cavity resonance frequency of a tire can be generated on the floor panels.
