PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card structure which can be automatically manufactured and attract attention of the person who sees it. SOLUTION: A standing part (20) is formed to be continuous with the opposing edges of both card part, i.e., first and second card parts (11 and 12). The standing part is folded along a score in the middle, such that it is folded to be lapped over the first and the second card part at the boundary of the first and the second card part. A side part of the first card part and a side part of the standing part which are mutually continuous, and a side part of the second card and the other side part of the standing part which are mutually continuous are mutually adhered, and both ends of the standing part are mutually adhered, such that the standing part can three dimensionally rises between the first and the second cards when the both card parts are opened.
