Medical product (A) comprises a dry powder medicament dose (I) loaded into a container for use in a dry powder inhaler, where (I) comprises a fine particle dose of tiotropium (II) and at least one dry excipient (III) present in the form of finely divided particles; the container comprises a dry and high barrier seal; and (I) in the container is adapted for either volumetric or electric field dose forming methods. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a device (B) comprising a dry powder inhaler and (A); and (2) a kit comprising a dry powder inhaler and (A), where the container is separate from the dry powder inhaler and the container is adapted for insertion into the dry powder inhaler. - ACTIVITY : Antiasthmatic; Respiratory-Gen. - MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
