摘要 <p>A fibre ceramic composite material consists of a ceramic matrix which contains 0-75% pores and 5-30vol% fibres. The fibres are distributed in the matrix in a homogeneous and/or defined manner, and the amount and direction is optimised. The pores are 0.1-100mu m in size. The ceramic granules are 20-1000mu m in size. The fibres consist of carbon, a ceramic, or oxides such as Al2O3, mullite or silicates, and are 0.5-15mm long. The blank is produced in a press mould using a die and stamper. The height and packing density of the fibre layer is chosen so the powder layers can form a continuous matrix.</p>
