The vehicle has a rail (13) and/or wheel (33A) cleaning device (21A) including an abrasive material ejection unit (31) coupled to a material container (25). The unit has a guiding channel (73) opening in a point opposite to of the rail/wheel. Downstream and upstream air intake ducts (75, 57) cast abrasive material away from a contact point of the wheel and rail and provide kinetic energy to the material to clean the rail/wheel.
