The installation has a fuel reformer (2) to transform a liquid fuel into a hydrogen rich reformate for supply to a fuel cell stack (3). The fuel cell stack transforms the hydrogen with air using electric power. A water system (7) has a condenser (8) situated at an outlet of the stack to recover the water under the form of liquid. A water injector (19) supplies the liquid water to an antifriction bearing (20) of a turbocompressor. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a method of lubrication of an antifriction bearing (b) a vehicle comprising an electricity production installation.
