PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home position resetting device for an electronic control valve, having simple and miniaturizable construction. SOLUTION: The home position resetting device comprises a return spring 11 for energizing a valve stem 4 of the electronic control valve 1 toward a home position, a rotary plate 20 arranged inside the return spring 11 and connected to the valve stem 4 in a relatively non-rotatable manner, a first swing arm 30 and a second swing arm 40 arranged on upper and lower sides across the rotary plate 20 and provided on the valve stem 4 in a relatively rotatable manner for engaging with the return spring 11 at one end and at the other end, respectively, a first stopper 51 to be locked to the first swing arm 30 at the home position for preventing the rotation in the closing direction, a first engaging part for engaging with the valve stem 4 when rotated in the opening direction to give rotation to the first swing arm 30 synchronously with the rotary plate 20, a second stopper 52 to be locked with the second swing arm 40 at the home position for preventing the rotation in the opening direction, and a second engaging part for engaging with the valve stem 4 when rotated in the closing direction to give rotation to the second swing arm 40 synchronously with the rotary plate 20.
