PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quilt used in all seasons having excellent heat insulation property even by itself by improving the touch of the neck and the heat insulation property thereof and increasing the filling amount of stuffing. SOLUTION: The quilt is provided with: a quilt to be on the skin side in which a folded-back part is provided so as to extend on a neck part; a quilt to be used together piled up on the quilt to be on the skin side, whose neck part is clamped by the folded-back part and main body of the quilt to be on the skin side; and a fixing means for fixing the two of the quilt to be on the skin side and the quilt to be used together. For the quilt to be used together, the cross section in a thickness direction of the neck part is formed in a circular arcuate shape, and the cross section of a peripheral edge part is sewn in a U shape so that three side faces excluding the neck part are provided with roughly vertical gusset parts. Thus, the cross section in a width direction of the quilt to be used together is formed in a rectangular box shape and it is sewn such that the entire thickness is roughly uniform.
