<p>The method comprises: (a) bubbling a gas composed mostly of nitrogen through the melt from the bottoni of purification chamber to adsorb hydrogen and impurity in the melt and to take them to the top of the melt; (b) evacuating the upside space of purification chamber to a pressure of 0.1-10 torr, and vacuum purifying dancing superficial molten metal; (c) controlling the flow direction of molten metal so as to purify uniformly. Three various equipments to put the method finto service are also provided. Said purification equipments can be in vortex, wave and convection forni. The invention not only settles the problem of poor vacuum purifying efficiency of deep molten metal but also makes full use of high efficiency of superficial molten metal, and makes the uniform and effective vacuum purification of the whole melt possible.</p> |
