<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor activity support system particularly suited for the aged and used for maintaining and promoting the health of the aged. <P>SOLUTION: In the outdoor activity support system using mileage, a control center 2, a mileage terminal (a) provided by public health facilities A, and a mileage terminal b provided by a store B adopting mileage points are connected to one another via a communication line 1. When a mileage card is inserted into either of the mileage terminals a, b provided respectively by the public health facilities A and/or the store B, the period of outdoor activity of the user is recorded at the public health facilities A and/or the store B and/or a mileage point reduction center 5 via the communication line 1, and the number of points corresponding to the period of outdoor activity is managed by the public health facilities A and/or the store B and/or the mileage point reduction center 5.
