PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compiler apparatus and a compile method for executing the arithmetic notation of an arithmetic operation of a data type variable of a fixed point in the same way as a standard data type variable, and for enabling a user to define the data type of the fixed point, and for converting the arithmetic expression data into a machine language based on the re-defined data type of the fixed point. SOLUTION: The compiler apparatus 100 is configured of a storage device 2 and a CPU 3 or the like, and the storage device 2 is provided with a compile program part 24, a type information storing part 26 and a variable storage part 27 or the like, and the CPU 3 is provided with a word/phrase analyzing means 11 used for compiler processing, a syntax analyzing means 12, a code generating means 15, a code optimizing means 16 and a code outputting means 17, and the syntax analyzing means 12 is provided with a data model information processing means 12a which executes the syntax analysis of a compiler instructor or the like, and acquires data such as the data size, the number of bits of an integral part and the number of bits of the decimal part and a variable information processing means 12b which acquires the model number of the variable.
