PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrap-round box having a display function for enhancing its visual attraction. SOLUTION: One end of an outer flap 6 extending from a top surface plate 3 is formed with a slant folding line 9 extending from a side edge toward an extremity end and at the same time the top plate 3 is formed with a width folding line 10 extending between both side edges. A ridge part among both side surface plates 2 and the top surface plate 3 is formed with a top cutting line extending over an entire length. The outer flap 6 having the slant folding line 9 and an inner flap 5 overlapping on the outer flap 6 are adhered to each other at outside portions. When the wrap-round box is to be displayed, a cutting band is torn off outside the slant folding line 9 in such a way that the inner flap 5 having the outer flap 6 adhered to it is not cut. The top cutting line is cut to remove upper portions of both side surface plates 2, the outer flap 6 is folded back around the slant folding line 9, the top surface plate 3 is folded along the width folding line 10 toward the front surface side and then the folded state is held by lock pieces 12, 13.
