The invention relates to an indicator (1) with an illuminated pointer (10) which is mounted to an electronic board (21) belonging to an instrument panel. The inventive pointer comprises a rotary arm with a light source (13), while the board comprises a light power source (22). The invention is characterised in that the light source consists of a support which is made from a flexible material (30). According to the invention, a first part (30') of the aforementioned support is covered with a luminescent substance (13) which is subjected to an electric voltage from the power source to which it is electrically connected by means of a flexible electrical connection (30, 31, 32). The aforementioned electrical connection is formed by a second part (30") of the flexible, insulating support (30), which is used as a substrate for at least two conductor tracks (31, 32). The invention can be used to produce a very flat indicator with a minimum of parts. |
