PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heatable floor structure for solving the conventional problems such as ringing of a sound and the defective touch in walking. SOLUTION: This heatable floor structure is provided with a heatable floor structure unit 100 having a structure that nonwoven fabric 30 is arranged on a surface of a floor 50 of a building, and a floor heating panel embedded with a heating medium pipe 12 is arranged on the nonwoven fabric.
