<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition for forming a green color filter showing excellent chromaticity and high transmittance and causing no problem about environmental hygiene, to provide a method for manufacturing a green color filter, and to provide a green color filter obtained by the method, and a color filter having the green color filter. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive composition for a green color filter contains (a) a photopolymerizable compound, (b) a photopolymerization initiator, (c) a phthalocyanine pigment expressed by general formula (1), and (d) at least one kind of pigment selected from compounds expressed by structural formula (2) or (3).
