<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet curable resin composition for a paint, an ink, an adhesive, a sealing agent or a primer, wherein the composition has good adhesion to polyolefins, contains no organic solvent, and is excellent in working efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The ultraviolet curable resin composition comprises (a) 5-35 pts.mass of a chlorinated polyolefin having a chlorine content of 15-40 mass%, (b) 15-60 pts.mass of an alicyclic hydrocarbon-based mono(meth)acrylate, and (c) 5-80 pts.mass of a polypropylene glycol di(meth)acrylate. The ultraviolet curable resin composition further comprises (d) 0-1,100 pts.mass of an aliphatic hydrocarbon-based di(meth)acrylate and (e) 0-600 pts.mass of a multifunctional monomer having 3-6 (meth)acryloyl groups in a molecule, relative to 100 pts.mass of the sum of the components (a), (b) and (c).
