PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more inexpensively manufacture a thin holder for a video input apparatus including a structure for mounting an imaging device and a lens unit on the holder, by injection molding without using a rotary core. SOLUTION: A guide groove 45 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the lens barrel of a lens unit 8, a void 46 is provided continuously from a portion of the guide groove 45 to the end of the lens barrel, and an engage part 43 which is capable of passing through the void 46 and is engaged to the guide groove 45, is formed on the inner peripheral surface of a lens guide 61 of a holder 6.
