PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rock wool spraying method by which whole amount of the waste wool produced upon working is reused as a spraying material, and to provide a disengaging/mixing machine and a rock wool spraying device used therefor. SOLUTION: The rock wool spraying method to form a covering layer comprising the steps of discharging a wet mixture containing the rock wool and a cement from a spraying nozzle, jetting a cement slurry from another jetting port and joining and mixing both of them in a nozzle part or out of the nozzle further comprises the steps of collecting the waste wool and returning it to a process for preparation of the wet mixture so as to reuse the waste wool as the spraying material. The disengaging/mixing machine for preparing the wet mixture comprises a disengaging/mixing section for mixing the cement and a water while disengaging the rock wool and the waste wool, and a disengaging finishing section. The rock wool spraying device comprises the disengaging/mixing machine, an air blower, a cement slurry tank, a slurry pump and the spraying nozzle for the wet mixture and the cement slurry.
