PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the recognition accuracy of speech recognition using a microphone constituted so as to collect non-audible speech. SOLUTION: Whether the speech inputted from a non-audible speech collecting microphone 101 is expiration utterance or inhalation utterance or not is judged (S401), and whether expiration utterance and inhalation utterance are reversed or not between a present frame and a frame before one is judged (S 403). In case of the reversal, the position between the present frame and the frame before one is regarded to be at least any one among a word boundary, a phrase boundary and a sentence boundary, and the hypothesis that this position is none of the word boundary, the phrase boundary and the sentence boundary is deleted (S 404).
