摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably detecting the charging level of waste charged in a high-temperature reactor of a gasification melting facility with excellent precision and over a long period. SOLUTION: In this deposition level detection method for detecting the level of the accumulation surface of the waste burned at high temperature in a high-temperature vertical waste treatment furnace by microwave, a radio wave of high output of 1.5 kW or more is used as the microwave. The microwave is transmitted from the furnace side wall of the vertical furnace so as to pass over the vertical furnace through a microwave waveguide. A mechanism for removing slag adhered to the front of a furnace port of the microwave inlet port or a mechanism for preventing adhesion of slag to the front of the furnace port of the microwave inlet port is provided.
