PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correspond to a custom-made spring mattress by manufacturing a spring sheet by line corresponding to the longitudinal line or lateral line of the sheet of the mattress, and disposing coil springs with different wire diameters within lines of springs in a pattern. SOLUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing pocket coil bag lines comprises at least two coil spring manufacturing devices for manufacturing coil springs with different wire diameters, and a device for conveying coil springs from each coil spring manufacturing device to a coil shooter part. The coil shooter part has a plurality of storage chambers corresponding to the coil springs with different wire diameters fed from each coil spring manufacturing device to an inlet, an open/close part under the storage chambers, one outlet, and a control device for controlling the opening/closing of the open/close part so that the coil springs with different wire diameters are arranged in a pattern in which the opening/closing of the open/close part is predetermined. Coil springs are fed out to the outlet of the coil shooter part in the predetermined order, and the coil springs are enclosed in continuous bags one by one separately while bags are being formed.
