PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for roasting coffee beans enabling easily obtaining of further excellent coffee flavor. SOLUTION: This method for roasting coffee beans comprises setting a container 10 to throw coffee beans B into, a motor M to stir the coffee beans B and an induction heating apparatus 20. The container 10 is a pressure container. It is possible to heat and roast while stirring the coffee beans B in the container 10 under pressure through starting the motor M and operating the induction heating apparatus 20.
