PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent elongated idling time of a common conveyor when discharge time at the common conveyor is longer than start time after a switching device in a case of switching control of a conveyor device having a branch point by the switching device. SOLUTION: In switching material conveyance destinations, it is determined if the discharge time at the common conveyor is longer than switching device action time plus start time after the switching device.
