<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently form a caulking part 11 for connecting an inner ring 3 fixedly to a hub 2. <P>SOLUTION: A cylindrical part 10 provided at the inner end of the hub 2 is warmed by local heating to lower the rigidity of the cylindrical part 10. In this state, the tip part of the cylindrical part 10 is plastically deformed radially outward to form the caulking part 11.
