<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To significantly reduce labor for notifying a life to a user to urge replacement. <P>SOLUTION: A replacement-needed part notification system comprises customer information storing means 15, sales history storing means 15, merchandise specification storing means 15, part information storing means 15, life identifying means 12, life information storing means 15, replacement-needed part extracting means 12 for extracting information capable of identifying the parts whose life will be reached within a predetermined period of a current day according to the life of each part stored in the life information storing means, and replacement-needed part information outputting means 2, 13 for outputting replacement-timed part information about the parts identified by the information capable of identifying the extracted parts, and also sending information to the customers who have purchased merchandise having the parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
