<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting unit for a vehicle having an effect that a control device turns off a lamp in the lighting state when the vehicle is in the stand-by state such as stopping at a red light at an intersection or the like, and in the state of a speed lower than a set vehicle speed lasting for a set stand-by time or longer, that power consumption of the vehicle is prevented, and that glare is not likely to be given to a pedestrian and a driver of another vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The control device has: a first control function for turning on/off the lamp based on ON signal/OFF signal from a blinker switch; and a second control function for turning off the lamp in the lighting state when the state of the speed lower than the set vehicle speed lasting for the set stand-by time, and thereafter for turning on the lamp in the non-lighting state when the state of such a lower vehicle speed is canceled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
