PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a downsized signal processor from which an excellent stereophonic sound can be obtained. SOLUTION: The signal processor has: first to fourth microphones, the microphones being arranged so that a straight line tying the first and second microphones is perpendicular to a straight line tying the third and fourth microphones; a first composite unit for delaying an output of the second microphone and composing the delayed output with an output of the first microphone; and a second composite unit for delaying an output of the fourth microphone and composing the delayed output with an output of the third microphone, uses a signal resulting from summing a signal from an attenuator for attenuating an output of a second composite unit to an output of the first composite unit for a first channel sound and uses a signal resulting from subtracting the output of the attenuator from the output of the first composite unit for a second channel sound.
