PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric resonant antenna whose band is widened. SOLUTION: The resonant antenna has a dielectric resonator 11 in a specified shape, a mount substrate 12 where a feeder 12a and ground electrodes 12b1 and 12b2 are formed and the dielectric resonator 11 is mounted, a loop 16 as a conductor line which is formed on a flank of the dielectric resonator 11 and annularly bent while having one end as a 1st connection point P1 connected to the feeder 12a and the other end as a 2nd connection point P2 connected to the ground electrodes 12b1 and 12b2, and a stub 17 which is formed of a conductor extending from the loop 16 of the dielectric resonator 11 separately from the mount substrate 12. The 1st connection point P1 is formed closer to the side of the stub 17 than the 2nd connection point P2 and a patch 14 is formed on the top surface of the dielectric resonator 11 by patterning a metal conductor in a specified shape.
