PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which is effective for bonding an elastomer substrate with another substrate and for protecting a corrosion-susceptible substrate from corrosion. SOLUTION: The composition, which comprise at least one haloalkadiene graft polymer, at least one polyhydroxy aromatic compound and at least one polyisocyanate, bonds the elastomer substrate with the another substrate.
