PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the remote setting of use conditions corresponding to the characteristics of a mold and a production apparatus and to enable the remote monitoring of the operation state of the production apparatus. SOLUTION: The mold 1 having an information processor 21 is used. Information on the use conditions, properties, history, etc., of the mold 1 is stored in the processor 21. Data indicating the state of the mold are input into the processor 21 from a sensor set in the mold. The processor 21 calculates molding conditions based on the data on the state of the mold and outputs the molding conditions to a controller 8 of an injection molding machine 2. The processor 21 is connected to PC 33 and a data server 34 through an intranet 31. The data on the state of the mold, the molding conditions, the operation situation of a molding machine, maintenance information, etc., are displayed on the PC 33, and actions such as the setting of the molding conditions and the emergency stopping of devices are indicated from the PC 33 to the processor 21 and the controller 8.
