There are provided a recording medium providing data structure appropriate for performing multi-medium-type content authority management and storing data having the data structure, a reproduction device and a reproduction method for reproducing it. The recording medium is a computer-readable recording medium containing license data for permitting a computer to use content data consisting of a plurality of resources, the license data having the resource unit use condition setting structure in which the use condition by the computer is set for each of the resources.
