<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a chinese milk vetch juice for a beverage by reaping before the opening of petals of the chinese milk vetch, cleaning so as not to flow out the honey contained in the petals and also harvesting the chinese milk vetch in a short time by considering its reaping period. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the chinese milk vetch juice comprises cutting off the flower parts from the stem and leaf parts, performing the cleaning works separately so as not to loose the honey contained in the petals by flowing, standing the petals like blooming on the ground surface, watering from 50 cm height from the top of the flower like falling down misty rain from the sky and also cleaning in a short time as much as possible by using an exclusive shower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
