PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meshed breast implant used by embedding in a woman's breast whose tissue affected by the mammary cancer, mammary neoplasm or the like is resected. SOLUTION: This meshed breast implant is used by embedding between the greater pectoral muscle and the breast skin and formed of a sheet with multiple pores. This meshed breast implant is provided with a hollow part 1, a sheet part (a first sheet part 3) extending from the base end circumferential edge 2 of the hollow part 1 and a sheet part (a second sheet part 5) extending from the tip face 4 of the hollow part 1 in the direction of 360°and is characterized in having elasticity at least based on the hollow part 1.
