摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an activated energy ray curable composition for optical materials, which gives a cured material having a high refractive index and a high light transmittance. SOLUTION: This activated energy ray curable composition for optical materials comprises (A) a di(meth)acrylate represented by formula (1) and (B) a mono(meth)acrylate represented by formula (2), which contains 10 to 90 wt.% of the component (A) and 90 to 10 wt.% of the component (B), based on the total quantities. In formulae (1) and (2), R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>3</SB>represent each independently hydrogen or methyl; R<SB>2</SB>and R<SB>4</SB>represent each independently hydrogen, methyl or ethyl; R<SB>5</SB>to R<SB>8</SB>represent each independently hydrogen, methyl or bromine; and (l) and (m) are each independently an integer of 1 to 6.
