<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed high-frequency multi-channel transmission line board capable of downsizing and a high speed optical communication module using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The multi-channel transmission line board 10 comprises transmission lines starting from a line 1a (shown by CH1N) for transmitting first data signals to a line 3c (shown by CH16P) for transmitting 16th data signals at the input side between a first dielectric layer 21 and a second dielectric layer 22, transmission lines starting from a line 1b for transmitting the first data signals to a line 3d for the 16th data signals at the output (MUX) side, and transmission lines starting from a line 4a for transmitting the first data signals to a line 6b for transmitting the 16th data signals at the middle between a third dielectric layer 23 and a fourth dielectric layer 24.
