MEDICAL TREATMENT APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment instrument which can allow an operating part to be lightly handled for input with keeping a movable part under a movable condition.

SOLUTION: An operating part main body 10 is equipped with a gearing mechanism 14 to gear a reel (wire activating part) 12 and 13 to pull operating wires 6 and 7 that move the movable part and an operating knob (operator) 11. The gearing mechanism 14 comprises a first locking gear 33 to which the input of the operating knob 11 is transmitted and a second locking gear 32 to engage with the first locking gear 33. Reverse power transmission from the second locking gear 34 to the first locking gear 33 caused by the wire activating parts subjected to a force through the operating wires 6, 7 can be stopped by a gear top 33b of the first locking gear 33 and a gear top 34b of the second locking gear 34 to abut each other, which keeps the movable part movable and prevents braking force on the input operation by the operating knob 11.
