<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine an optimum insertion route to perform an insertion support among two or more insertion routes. <P>SOLUTION: A route setting section 14 is constituted to have a route starting point setting mechanism 14a to set an insertion starting point of bronchial insertion, a region of interest setting function 14b to set the region of interest which is the insertion end point of the bronchial insertion, a route extraction function 14c to extract the insertion route from the insertion starting point to the insertion end point, and a route verification function 14d to verify the extracted insertion route. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
