PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make highly precise digitization possible without requiring an A/D converter with high resolution. SOLUTION: A voltage signal equivalent to the minimum value of resolution of the A/D converter is equally divided by the predetermined number, considered as a division signal, the division signal is repeatedly added to an analog input signal, digitized every time it is added, the digitized value is integrated by the predetermined number at the time of creation of the division signal, an average value is calculated by dividing an integrated value by the predetermined number and the average value is considered as the final output value.
