PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle arranging structure capable of forming a fine structure such as a pit pattern fine in cycle so as to have a uniform size and capable of reducing the number of processes in manufacturing the fine structure to enhance productivity, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A required arranging pattern 11 for forming a stable energetic state is provided to a particle arranging body 10 and particles 2 are selectively bonded to the arranging pattern 11 to constitute the particle arranging structure.
