PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated synchronous rectifier package. SOLUTION: This integrated synchronous rectifier package includes a controlled switching device and a control circuit. The controlled switching device has two main-current-conducting terminals and a control terminal. The control circuit detects the direction of a current which flows in the main-current-conducting terminals of the controlled switching device to generate a control signal given to the control terminal so that the controlled switching device is switched on when the current flows in the controlled switching device in a first direction, and the controlled switching device is switched off when the current flows in the controlled switching device in a second direction.
