PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device support structure which is easily and rapidly adjustable in angle, has high fixation force, and stably fixes the display device even if the device is loaded with external forcce. SOLUTION: A coupling base and a support plate are attached at their one end to a base and the coupling base is provided with a perpendicular slide section, and corresponding to the constitution, the top end of the support plate is provided with a slide block. A rack and a control unit are respectively arranged on both sides of the perpendicular slide section. The control unit has a locking member engageable with the rack and one end of the locking member is fitted into the slide block. After the display panel is attached to the coupling base, a joy stick of the control unit is pulled to move a diagonal groove and to move the locking members in one direction and is thereby disengaged from the rack. The angle between the coupling base and the support plate can be changed by sliding the slide block upward and downward with the slide groove.
