PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a screen printing plate, in which an ultrathin printing screen 2 is uniformly applied with tension so as to develop neither wrinkle nor sag and easily perform a work for temporarily fixing the screen under the state having neither wrinkle nor sag with a tape, and a screen printing plate in the manufacturing of a combination type screen printing plate, in which screens are splicingly stretched. SOLUTION: The printing screen, which has been formed on a board, is bonded to a support screen disposed in tension on a plate frame without being peeled off from the board and, after bonded, the board is peeled off.
