Drug compositions containing one or more tiotropium salts and one or more salmeterol salts, are new. The salts can be present in the form of enantiomers, enantiomer mixtures or racemates as well as in the form of solvates or hydrates. The compositions may also contain a pharmaceutical adjuvant. ACTIVITY : Antiasthmatic. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Anticholinergic; beta -mimetic.
