FIELD: metallurgical equipment for combine manufacture of flat rolled pieces, hot rolled and cold rolled shapes, different-configuration and standard products of continuously cast billet. ^ SUBSTANCE: novelties are new construction, arrangement of complex, machines, apparatuses and systems of manufacturing module of equipment for making rolled metal and articles. Module includes yard for storing initial raw materials, continuous casting lines, hot rolling mill, cold rolling universal mill, station for cladding, recoiling, cross cutting and adjusting-finishing station. System for mutual connection of all lines and units of equipment is normalized. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency for using one module with flexible readjustment and self-adjustment system for making continuously cast billets and further hot rolled shapes, strips, cold rolled metal in coils, sheets, bands, bent shapes, metallic hoses, optimization of manufacturing process. ^ 6 cl, 7 dwg |
