Disclosed is a board, wherein the board body comprises a binder containing Portland cement, a sulfoaluminous clinker and a source of calcium sulfate, wherein the binder includes, by weight: 30 to 80% of Portland cement, 20 to 70% of sulfoaluminous clinker, 5 to 20% of a source of calcium sulfate and 0.4 to 7% of at least one water reducer plasticizer additive or high water reducer superplasticizer additive. The board is used to form or cover walls, partition walls, floors or roofs, insides or outside buildings, such as industrial kitchens, agriculture-foodstuffs laboratories, showers, bathrooms, pools or swimming pools, and/or rooms frequently washed with a water jet, such as rooms of agricultural buildings and industrial slaughterhouses.
