PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive adhesive which has both adhesive strength and reworkability, i.e. performances conflicting with each other and not given to a conventional conductive adhesive, and can realize performances wholly balanced with each other, exhibiting low-temperature curability, high conductivity, high reliability, and storage stability. SOLUTION: The conductive adhesive composition contains (A) a trifunctional epoxy resin having three glycidyl groups bonded to one carbon atom, (B) a thermosetting resin, (C) an epoxy curing agent, (D) a reactivity suppressant, and (E) a conductive filler.
