PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical preparation of a skin care preparation for external use comprising ascorbic acids at high concentrations and having excellent stability. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation for external use is obtained by containing (1) a crosslinked silicone and (2) 4-20 mass% of one or two or more kinds selected from ascorbic acid, its derivatives and salts thereof. A crosslinked methylpolysiloxane [(dimethicone/vinyldimethicone)cross polymer], a crosslinked methylphenylpolysiloxane [(dimethicone/phenylvinyldimethicone) cross polymer], a crosslinked polyether-modified methylsiloxane, or the like, can preferably be exemplified as the crosslinked silicone. The content of the ascorbic acids is preferably 4-20 mass%, more preferably 6-10 mass% based on the total amount of the skin care preparation for external use. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
