<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic switch with a heat ray sensor capable of reducing a manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: This automatic switch with a heat ray sensor comprises: catching pieces FP for catching a building material between a flange part 11 and themselves; and fastening screws FS each held rotatably around the shaft to a housing in a form where the shaft intersects the rear surface of the flange part 11, and screwed to the catching piece FP. Guide parts 14 for regulating rotation of the catching pieces FP with respect to the housing, and the housing are integrally formed as a synthetic resin molding so as to change the distance between the catching piece FP and the flange part 11 when the fastening screw FS is rotated. Since the number of components is reduced as compared with the case where the guide parts 14 are formed as separate components, and a process for mounting the guide parts 14 is dispensed with, a manufacturing cost is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
