PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high frequency filter which has a simply structured, can easily be manufactured and has a steep attenuation characteristic. SOLUTION: The high frequency filter comprises at least a substrate 1 having a conductive surface, a dielectric layer 2 and a wiring line 3, and a plurality of holes 2A, 2B, 2C are formed separately from one another, piers 2D, 2E each composed of the dielectric layer are formed between the plurality of holes. A part of the wiring line passes on an opening of each hole, branch lines 3D, 3E extending from the part of the wiring line are formed in contact with the upper portions of the piers, and the piers under the branch lines become capacitive components.
