PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pick up the image of the outside of a car without obstructing the viewing field from the inside of the car by using the visual field from the inside to the outside of the car. SOLUTION: A half mirror 5 is formed within a region where dirt or humidity is wiped out by wipers 3 in a rear glass 4, and a light incident into the region to be wiped out by the wipers 3 is refracted and guided into the inside of the rear glass 4. A camera 6 is installed on the upper end surface of the rear glass 4 being the outside of visual field. Since one part of a light transmitting the rear glass 4 from the outside of the car is branched by the half mirror 5 guided through the rear glass 4 as a light guiding path and received by the camera 6, even if the camera 6 is installed in the visual field, images outside the car can be picked up.
